The project aimed at supervising the requalification works of a historical building (public property of the Region) located Via Capo d’Africa and Via Marco Aurelio, near the Colosseum. The building was composed of two main structures: four floors and a basement, entirely rebuilt and restructured to meet the requirement of the new business offices. Parts of the building has been demolished and rebuilt, the internal structure revisited and the project also followed the static consolidation works.
Final cost of the works and plans: 5.428.459,70 euro
